BEHIND THE SCENE....
duration : 7 days. But it took only 1 night after mis-cut the board.
medium used : mounting board (white and black color ), texture paper, knife, hot glue gun,
steel ruler. T-square.
1. Cut the mounting board into 4 section. (main section) . 2 section for the curved and the rest for the base.
2. Cut another 18 sections to produce a line-shaped object and stick together with the curves.
3. I prefer to choose white color for my sculpture. White is white. It's hard to find monochrome of white but it's still can be found by using a texture paper. Sometime it appear as silver color and giving a good lighting effect.

REASON WHY DNA INSPIRED ME TO MAKE A SCULPTURE :
- HISTORICAL ASPECT : new biology invention by James D. Watson and Francis Crick.
- SUSTAINABILITY : The invention that always last forever until the next generation to determine the genetic of all living things.
- FEATURES AND PHYSICAL LOOK : It's unique. Sometime it quite confusing - appearing like a wavefront, staircase and even a building.
- OTHER REASON : I want to make a different and not going to have a parcel shaped directly. So, i put an element of curve in my sculpture. It's so challenging especially when going through the next project on how to sketch axonometry.
location : Tekun residential room.
